How do I track my order?
You can track your order 24 hours after it is placed.
Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?
Eligible items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose to pay with a Debt/Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), Klarna and Shop Pay

What delivery options do you offer?
We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about c couple of hours to pack your order. If ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday you order will be sent the same day.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over £100.00 get free next day delivery from DPD, orders under we currently charge £3.99 for next day delivery via DPD.
Do you ship internationally?

Returns
What is your return policy?
We're happy to accept returns of unused products within 30 days.
When can I expect my refund?
Return processing typically takes 3 to 4 days to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to one week from the date received to be processed. We'll send you an email once your return package has been received and another email confirming your refund has been fully processed. If you've waited more than one week with no email from us, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help you out.
